Privacy policy
Effective October 16, 2026
This policy explains how HOUND handles information submitted through houndlocal.com. By sending an inquiry, you ask us to review your business needs and contact you about HOUND.
Information we collect
The inquiry form collects your business name, trade, market, approximate monthly lead volume, opportunity gap, contact name, email, phone number, and any optional notes you provide. We also process basic request data, including a one-way hash of the connecting IP address, browser user-agent information, submission time, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification data.
How we use it
- Review and respond to your inquiry.
- Assess whether HOUND may fit your business.
- Protect the form, enforce rate limits, and prevent abuse.
- Maintain operational records and improve the inquiry process.
We do not claim that submitting the form books a call, creates a customer relationship, or guarantees service.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, durable database storage, request security, Turnstile verification, and email delivery infrastructure. Inquiry notifications are sent to HOUND operations at Operator Co. These providers process information only as needed to operate the site and inquiry workflow, subject to their own legal terms.
Retention and sharing
We retain inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to service providers that help operate HOUND.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You can also ask us not to contact you further.
